The detailed scope of our technical services includes:
- engineering support for prototyping and commissioning new machines, particularly those utilizing advanced technologies and CNC SINUMERIK systems (including writing PLC programs according to new standards, commissioning the latest CNC SINUMERIK 828D and ONE, creating custom screens for machine tools using 3GL, Easy XML, and Run MyScreen),
- optimization of technological processes and increasing production efficiency – both our own and for your clients,
- creation and implementation of digital twins of machines to improve the representation, testing, and validation of technologies in a virtual environment (increasing production safety and quality), implementation of behavioral software in PLC,
- integration of production systems with IT systems (including CAD–CAM–CNC),
- collection and processing of machine data (via OPC UA, creating custom scripts in JavaScript, NodeRed, Python, and other languages),
- support in the area of machine cybersecurity, including implementing the Security by Design approach and assistance in developing measures to reduce the impact of cybersecurity incidents,
- implementations and optimizations in the area of machining and additive technologies (based on Siemens CNC systems, drives, and PLCs),
- CNC machine geometry compensation (LEC, MSEC, SAG, MEC, VSC),
- integration of robots with CNC machine tools, including the use of robot arms as interpolated axes controlled by the CNC SINUMERIK, which increases the accuracy of positioning and motion control.
